From Its Beginnings to Today
Point Cardinal was founded in 2021 by Isabelle Foisy. Drawing on more than 30 years of experience in governance, strategy, and organizational advisory services, she created a firm that reflects her values: people-centered and impact-driven. Inspired by the leadership of her grandmother Mado, a determined, resilient, and deeply inspiring woman, Isabelle launched her business at the age of 50!
Over the years, the Point Cardinal team has grown to include experts with diverse backgrounds and complementary expertise. In 2026, Olivier Fiset became a shareholder, helping to ensure a dynamic future for the firm. This collective wealth of experience enables Point Cardinal to support a wide range of organizations with solutions tailored to their unique realities and ambitions.
