Denis Risler comes from the telecommunications industry and holds an MBA from HEC Montréal. He has extensive experience in entrepreneurship, business development, management, and corporate governance.

In addition to his professional career, Denis has served as Chair of the Anjou Desjardins Credit Union, Director of Desjardins General Insurance and member of its Ethics Committee, Director of Desjardins Financial Security, Chair of the Anjou Municipal Housing Office, and Chair of the East Montreal Chamber of Commerce.

Throughout his career, Denis has volunteered his time to organize numerous initiatives in support of community organizations. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Fondation de la Pointe-de-l'Île pour la persévérance scolaire, where he continues his commitment to educational success and community engagement.

In everything he does, Denis values teamwork, sound governance, simplicity, transparency, respect, and rigor, while never losing sight of the importance of enjoying the journey.

Outside of work, he enjoys a well-crafted martini and vacations shared with friends.
