Eric comes from the manufacturing and industrial sectors and has built an extensive career since earning his university degree in Operations and Production Management. Having worked for both SMEs and multinational corporations—including BRP, General Motors, and Pepsi—across Quebec and the rest of Canada, and in a variety of industries, he steadily advanced into executive leadership roles as Vice President of Operations and General Manager. After more than 25 years in operational leadership, Eric transitioned into consulting, becoming a partner in an IT consulting firm specializing in business and technology advisory services.

Today, Eric draws on this wealth of experience as a strategic advisor. His in-depth knowledge of manufacturing systems, operational excellence, strategic planning, action plan development, performance dashboards, and business management enables him to provide practical, results-oriented guidance. He is also a valued coach and mentor to managers and entrepreneurs.

Beyond his professional career, Eric has served on the boards of several organizations, including the Maison de la famille Cœur à Rivière, the Saint-Jérôme Soccer Club, where he served as President for two years, and the East Montreal Chamber of Commerce (CCEM), where he was a board member for ten years. He is also actively involved in the real estate sector.

In 2017, Eric was selected to participate in the Governor General of Canada's Canadian Leadership Conference, a prestigious program that brings together leaders from across the country.
