Frédéric Kieffer has more than 30 years ofexperience in management, consulting and coaching, particularly in leadershipdevelopment and the recruitment of executives and corporate directors.

Mr. Kieffer is a graduate of the Université du Québecà Montréal (UQAM) School of Management. He subsequently furthered hisprofessional qualifications with the Project Management Institute (PMP),the Ordre des administrateurs agréés du Québec (Adm.A.), the CanadianSecurities Institute (GPA), and the Disaster Recovery Institute (CBCP).

He has held executive positions with majorcorporations in the telecommunications and financial services sectors and hasworked as a consultant to private- and public-sector organizations withnational and international reach. Through his strategic engagements, he hasdeveloped extensive knowledge of organizations across a broad range of areas,including strategic planning, organizational development, talent management,customer experience, sales, marketing, innovation, business transformation, andgovernance.

Long committed to his community, Mr. Kieffer has astrong interest in organizations and causes focused on economic and socialissues. He has served on numerous boards of directors, including those ofnon-profit organizations, government institutions, and business associations,in addition to supporting several charitable organizations. These include,among others, the Canada Customs and Revenue Agency and the Foundation of theMontreal Heart Institute’s ÉPIC Centre.

In recent years, Mr. Kieffer has carried outrecruitment mandates for a wide range of positions, including seniorexecutives, board directors, advisory committee members, and transitioncommittee members across multiple industries in both Canada and the UnitedStates.

As part of these engagements, he has defined candidateprofiles, conducted candidate searches and assessments, and supported theonboarding and development of individuals in their new roles. He has alsoadvised organizations on organizational models and culture, recruitmentstrategies, and competency development.

Mr. Kieffer stands out for his approach, whichcombines strategic insight with pragmatism, as well as for the highlypersonalized and high-quality support he provides to his clients and businesspartners.
