Throughout her executive career with leading organizations such as Intact Insurance, TELUS, Financière des professionnels, and Laurentian Bank, Ginette held senior leadership positions at the heart of strategic decision-making, where organizational direction, value creation, team engagement, and business model evolution take shape. Today, she brings this executive-level experience to organizations navigating growth and complex business challenges.

Ginette is recognized for her ability to quickly assess organizational dynamics, clarify critical issues, and develop growth strategies that are ambitious, practical, and inspiring.

Her career has been defined by the leadership of major transformation initiatives, including strategic repositioning, post-merger integration, brand transformations, digital transformation, CRM implementation, omnichannel strategy deployment, and organizational culture evolution in highly competitive environments. She has contributed to the successful launch of innovative solutions, strengthened the long-term visibility of leading brands, and delivered measurable improvements in both commercial and organizational performance.

An accomplished executive and collaborative leader, Ginette has led large multidisciplinary teams, managed complex strategic initiatives, and served on numerous executive leadership and strategic planning committees.

Deeply committed to governance, Ginette holds the Certified Corporate Director (ASC) designation and currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of Viaction Assurance. She is also a Director and Chair of the Ambassadors Committee of the Montreal Clinical Research Institute (IRCM) Foundation. She served on the Board of the Chambre de l'assurance de dommages until its merger and has held numerous board positions with both non-profit and private organizations. In addition, she advises non-profit organizations on governance practices tailored to their stage of development, helping them strengthen decision-making, improve risk management, and enhance their credibility with partners and investors.
