With nearly 30 years of experience in the cultural sector, higher education, research, and knowledge dissemination, Isabelle Gandilhon is known for the passion and enthusiasm she brings to every project. Her leadership is reflected in the teams she supports, the creativity of the initiatives she leads, and her commitment to sound management, strategic advice, and innovative, inclusive, and effective communications.

Isabelle supports leaders in making informed decisions. Drawing on extensive experience, she advises public, private, and non-profit organizations on strategy, governance, decision-making, planning, performance measurement, and 360-degree communications. After a successful career in executive leadership—including serving as Head of Communications and Director of Operations at Acfas—she launched her own consulting practice in 2022 and now collaborates with organizations on a wide range of strategic initiatives.

Isabelle helps organizations develop strategic plans, assess their governance, management, and communications practices, and design and implement medium- and large-scale initiatives. Exceptionally versatile and naturally curious, she identifies the conditions necessary for successful programs and projects while providing expertise across all areas of communications, including inclusive and gender-inclusive writing. Her love of the French language and her exceptional editing skills are consistently recognized and appreciated by her clients and collaborators.
