Passionate about developing leaders and helping organizations succeed across Canada, Isabelle Foisy is President and Founder of Point Cardinal Inc., a consulting firm specializing in governance and strategy.

An accomplished and award-winning executive, Isabelle began her career at Bell, where she held several strategic leadership positions over nearly 15 years. She later became President and CEO of the Chamber of Commerce of Eastern Montreal, where she spent six years working closely with businesses and contributing to the city’s economic vitality. She then served as a Partner in Strategy and Development at a leading accounting firm specializing in supporting Quebec SMEs, before becoming President and CEO of QuébecInnove, an organization dedicated to accelerating innovation across Quebec.

A Fellow of the Ordre des administrateurs agréés du Québec (F.Adm.A.), a Certified Corporate Director (ASC, C.Dir.), and an accredited mediator, Isabelle has more than 30 years of experience serving on boards of directors, including as Chair of boards and committees. She currently serves on the boards of Le Devoir, the Institut de planification financière, the Fondation des jeunes de la DPJ, and Boire & Frères.

In 2025, Isabelle received the Leaders of Influence – Woman Engaged in Her Community award at the Prix Femmes d’affaires du Québec gala. She is also the recipient of the Fédération des chambres de commerce du Québec’s Arthur P. Earle Volunteer Recognition Award 2025, the King Charles III Coronation Medal, and the Order of Merit of the City of Boucherville. These distinctions recognize her commitment to governance, her contribution to the community, and her role in advancing women’s leadership in business.

A speaker for the Ordre des administrateurs agréés du Québec, Isabelle also teaches at Université Laval’s Collège des administrateurs de sociétés and regularly shares her expertise and experience in governance and strategy as a speaker.

For more than 15 years, she has supported the next generation of leaders as a coach in HEC Montréal’s MBA and EMBA programs, as well as through the short program offered by the École des dirigeants des Premières Nations. For the past five years, she has also served as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence with the 2 Degrés incubator.
