Isabelle Foisy is passionate about helping leaders and organizations succeed and grow across Canada. She is the President and Founder of Point Cardinal Inc., a consulting firm specializing in governance and strategy.

An award-winning executive and recognized leader, Isabelle began her career by spending nearly fifteen years in senior management roles within several strategic business units at Bell. She then served for approximately a decade as President and CEO of the East Montreal Chamber of Commerce, working closely with businesses to support their growth and development. She later became a Partner in Strategy and Business Development at a leading accounting and advisory firm specializing in supporting Quebec SMEs. Before founding Point Cardinal, Isabelle was President and CEO of QuébecInnove, an organization mandated to accelerate innovation among businesses across Quebec.

A Fellow of the Ordre des administrateurs agréés du Québec (F.Adm.A.) and a Certified Corporate Director (ASC-C.Dir.), Isabelle has served on numerous boards of directors for more than 30 years. She is the recipient of the 2025 Leaders of Influence – Woman Committed to Her Community Award at the Prix Femmes d'affaires du Québec, the King Charles III Coronation Medal, the Order of Merit of the City of Boucherville, and the 2025 Arthur P. Earle Volunteer Recognition Award presented by the Fédération des chambres de commerce du Québec (FCCQ). She is widely recognized for her contributions to governance and for advancing women's leadership in business. Driven by a desire to create value and meaningful impact, Isabelle is committed to helping organizations achieve lasting success.

Isabelle has served as an ambassador and continues to be a speaker for her professional association, the Ordre des administrateurs agréés du Québec (Adm.A.). She also teaches at the College of Corporate Directors at Université Laval.

Her determination, leadership, and exceptional interpersonal skills have made her a respected ambassador for Quebec's community of women entrepreneurs. In addition to speaking on strategic topics such as governance, innovation, and ESG, Isabelle has been a coach for more than twelve years in HEC Montréal's MBA and Executive MBA (EMBA) programs, as well as in the First Nations Executive Education Program. She has also served as Entrepreneur-in-Residence with the 2 Degrés incubator for the past five years and currently sits on the boards of five organizations.
