Julie Gagnon has more than 30 years of experience in management and strategic consulting. She specializes in strategy, governance, enterprise risk management, and organizational management, helping organizations clarify their strategic direction and strengthen their management practices.

Julie holds both a Bachelor's degree and an MBA from Université Laval. She is currently completing the Certified Corporate Director program at the College of Corporate Directors and also holds a Lean Management White Belt certification.

Throughout her career, Julie held several senior management positions within Quebec government corporations, including the Société des établissements de plein air du Québec (SEPAQ) and the Musée de la civilisation, where she served as Corporate Secretary and Director of Administration. In this role, she supported the Board of Directors and its committees, developing extensive expertise in governance and the decision-making processes of complex organizations.

After many years in executive leadership, Julie transitioned into consulting, joining several well-established advisory firms. She supports organizations in conducting strategic, governance, and organizational assessments, developing strategic plans, and implementing enterprise risk management frameworks.

Her hands-on leadership experience is one of her greatest strengths, enabling her to understand organizational realities and governance dynamics with insight and practicality.

Over the course of her career, Julie has advised organizations across a wide range of sectors, including cultural and event organizations, professional orders and associations, law firms, universities, and the Quebec public sector. She also delivers training in governance, enterprise risk management, and strategic planning.

Passionate about sports and the outdoors, Julie enjoys spending her free time staying active... preferably outside.
