He has developed his expertise by working with Quebec-based leaders across a wide range of industries and organizations of all sizes. He also advises boards of directors and their committees, particularly on governance and human resources matters.

A passionate entrepreneur, Marco has founded and continues to lead several businesses in the tourism, outdoor recreation, and leisure sectors. This hands-on entrepreneurial experience enables him to combine strategic thinking with a practical understanding of the operational realities faced by the organizations he advises.
