Marie-Eve Devost is a consultant who combines creativity with rigor, bringing a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset to the organizations and leaders she supports. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Animation and Research from UQAM and a Graduate Diploma in Management from HEC Montréal. She began her career in project management, business development, communications, and event management roles.

Passionate about strategic consulting, Marie-Eve founded Le Département, Strategic Communications in 2021, bringing together a team of communications specialists dedicated to the analysis, design, and implementation of strategic communication initiatives. Her entrepreneurial spirit and diverse professional background enable her to work across a wide range of sectors—from culture and the arts to corporate organizations and philanthropy—while maintaining a collaborative, people-centered approach.
