Marieke Tremblay has built a distinguished career as a senior executive in both large private and public sector organizations, leading several major organizational transformations. From the merger of Molson Brewery and Coors to the revitalization of Montréal's Olympic Park, and the creation of exo and the Autorité régionale de transport métropolitain (ARTM) following a major public transit governance reform, Marieke has successfully led the implementation of growth, engagement, positioning, and brand visibility strategies for these organizations.
Throughout her career, she has served on numerous prestigious committees and chaired several boards of directors, including those of the Molson Foundation, the Association des brasseurs du Québec (Quebec Brewers Association), the Société québécoise des professionnels en relations publiques (SQPRP), and the Advisory Council on the Economy and Innovation (CCEI) established by the Government of Quebec.
Since 2020, Marieke has been working as an independent strategic advisor, executive coach, and mentor. Her practice focuses on supporting executives, executive leadership teams, and boards of directors through organizational transformation, growth strategy, and change management initiatives.
Many of her mandates come from incubators and accelerators dedicated to impact entrepreneurship and social innovation, where clients benefit from her seasoned communication skills, positive energy, and exceptional ability to identify opportunities, navigate complex challenges, and build strategic partnerships.
Marieke completed her training as a Certified Professional Business Coach (Level 2 ACSTH) and is currently pursuing her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
