Nadia Martel has more than 25 years of experience as a senior executive, corporate leader, and board director, contributing to the growth of several internationally recognized Quebec-based companies. Throughout her career, she has held senior leadership positions, including Vice President, Corporate Development and Legal Affairs, within publicly traded companies and innovative small and medium-sized enterprises. In 2023, she co-founded i4 Capital Fund, a venture capital investment fund.

A certified corporate director (ASC., C-Dir), Nadia serves on the boards of Boralex Inc., Pol R Industries Inc., the Massawippi Foundation, and TransferTech Sherbrooke. She is also actively involved with EVOL, where she serves as Chair of the Board of Directors. Over the years, she has served on numerous other corporate and non-profit boards, including Taiga Motors, the Fondation de la faune du Québec, C2Mi – MiQro Innovation Collaborative Centre, and Bishop's University.

A respected leader and lawyer, Nadia has been recognized by her peers with the prestigious Advocate Emeritus (Ad. E.) distinction awarded by the Barreau du Québec in recognition of her outstanding professional achievements, community leadership, and significant contributions to the legal profession. She holds bachelor's degrees in both Business Administration and Law, a Master's degree in Taxation, and a Certificate in Corporate Governance.

Nadia also brings extensive experience as a trainer, speaker, and facilitator, particularly in the areas of governance and strategic planning, where she is known for leading engaging and dynamic planning sessions.
