Nathalie Lehoux has followed an unconventional career path that is as inspiring as it is exceptional. A seasoned business leader who has held senior executive roles throughout her career, she is recognized for her authenticity, creativity, strategic vision, and unwavering commitment.

From 2002 to 2014, Nathalie served in a variety of executive positions at Pacini, including Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Vice President, Corporate Affairs, and First Vice President. She was then appointed President from 2014 to 2020. Her authenticity, discipline, creativity, charisma, and remarkable dedication ultimately led her to redefine the traditional executive role by becoming the organization's first and only Happy President, a Canadian first.

After more than 30 years of executive experience, Nathalie launched her own consulting practice as a Happy Consultant, where she supports the people behind business decisions, helping leaders align organizational performance with human potential.

Over the past several years, Nathalie has been actively involved with the Chambre de commerce et d'industrie de la Rive-Sud (CCIRS) and has served on numerous boards of directors, including as Treasurer of Entreprendre Sherbrooke and the Cercle des présidents du Québec. She also chaired the Montérégie regional committee for the Prêt à entreprendre program, which supports young entrepreneurs, and has led several Women in Leadership cohorts.

Humble and naturally curious, Nathalie has always been passionate about leadership and strategy as powerful drivers of growth for Quebec's small and medium-sized businesses. This passion led her to take on the role of Regional Director for Estrie at EVOL, where she supports entrepreneurs by providing financing and strategic guidance to SMEs.
