Olivier has extensive expertise in strategic planning, governance, project management, and change management, developed through his involvement in more than one hundred consulting engagements. His experience across a wide range of sectors has given him a remarkable ability to identify strategies tailored to the unique needs of the organizations and stakeholders he supports.

Olivier is also an instructor at the College of Corporate Directors (Collège des administrateurs de sociétés), where he teaches governance and strategy through customized training programs for organizations as well as workshops for startups at Centech.

During his university studies in management, he founded and led UQAM's first Management Consulting Club. The club's mission is to introduce students to the consulting profession by delivering real consulting projects for Quebec-based SMEs and non-profit organizations. Today, Olivier continues to support the club as a member of its Board of Directors, helping ensure its long-term success.

Deeply committed to his community, Olivier also serves on the Board of Directors of the West Island Crisis Centre and is a member of the Young Professionals Committee of the South Shore Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
