Reda Selihi brings a diverse background in digital transformation, operations, entrepreneurship, and organizational support. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (International Profile) from UQAM and has a strong interest in governance, strategic planning, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Before joining Point Cardinal, Reda contributed to the implementation of a province-wide digital portal at Quebec's Ministry of Families. In this role, he participated in user needs analysis, the development of support tools, team training and guidance, and the formulation of recommendations aimed at improving organizational processes. This experience provided him with a practical understanding of organizational transformation, change adoption, and stakeholder engagement.

Reda is also deeply committed to social impact and community initiatives. His involvement in fundraising, partnership development, and support services for vulnerable populations, combined with his entrepreneurial experience working alongside SMEs, has shaped a collaborative, people-centered, and action-oriented approach.
